EOE Responsibilities:
Doctors Hospice of Idaho is growing and looking for a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Amazing Team.
Doctors Hospice of Idaho Nurses (RN's) work with patients, their families, and other health care professionals during the final stages of patients' lives. Nurses must be capable of compassionate communication with patients and families, have keen observation skills, high ethical standards, and knowledge of when to alert doctors and others about changes in patients' conditions.
Doctor's Hospice of Idaho RN case managers are the point of contact for all disciplines involved with providing patient care. In addition to performing visits and completing coordination of client care, manage the frequency of visits for the episodes. Consults as needed with the physician and the office giving details about patient care. Ensure the medication profile remains current. Ensure lab values have been reported to the physician. Attend weekly case conference and monthly case manager meetings and be a vital part of our interdisciplinary team. Must be willing to be included in on call rotation which includes weekends.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing, proof will need to be provided and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Idaho.
Must possess a valid state driver’s license, automobile liability insurance, and have dependable transportation.
Minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred
Previous hospice experience is a plus.

C.N.A. Hospice Aide-Full Time
We are looking for a CNA that embodies the spirit of hospice, is not afraid to go beyond the stated needs of the patients, and to look ahead for what the patient will need during their last days. We are looking for a CNA with experience in a hospice, hospital, home health, rehab or other related setting.

CNAs are paid hourly, receive mileage. (Paid vacation and sick time off) are offered for full time positions. Full time positions are offered with Medical Benefits offered.

Hospice aides provide for the personal care of terminally ill patients and perform related tasks in the patient's home according to the patient's plan of care as prescribed by the physician. We want you on our team!
